Cheery Cabled Headband This headband is an intermediate-level knit project. You should be able to knit, purl and make cables, either with a cable needle or without, before starting. I prefer to make cables without the cable needle, since I find it tends to get in the way, but the pattern is written as if you were using one. The final headband has a width of about 8 cm (3 1/4 inches) and a diameter of 23 cm (9 inches). This headband is designed to fit an average adult, and please make sure you check your gauge before you start to make sure that it fits properly once you're finished. If you want to change the size of the headband, just add or take away rows from the non-cabled section.
